For the Russians it was March but for the rest of the world using a normal calendar it was February

This first revolution abdicates the Tsar and replaces him with a provisional government. Petrograd was renamed St.Petersburg. They had Diarchy with 2 power sources. The end goal of this revolution was to end the war and not to have to fight for the Tsar and hunger at home.
