"Specialists"- anyone who didn't not do manual labour were forced to work
Anyone who disobeyed "Little Red Book"

Big Question: Without the "Little red book" how would this "new" China be different?
Summary: Was Moas idea and steps toward a pure form of communism and punished all those that disobeyed. Little red book contained rules essentially and those who opposed were mainly the Red guards.
